Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency on par with the Business Center's Service Standards (e.g., standard line wait, service time within acceptable turnaround time, error-free processing of transactions).
• Support in various process improvements and technology implementation on all systems used in the branch and implement accurately in line with the bank's policies and procedures.
• Engage with the branch's clients to offer excellent customer service and experience.
• Work systematically to keep up with administrative functions delegated to him/her.
