Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Front-Line Banking Center Associate to provide competent, timely over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center in Cagayan de Oro City. The role ensures compliance with BSP/AML regulations and internal policies, and helps identify and mitigate risk areas while supporting branch objectives through excellent service delivery.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a 4-year degree is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering frontline banking services and handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with BSP/AML policies and internal bank controls.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, timely over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center.

• Recognize risk areas and eliminate risks by following bank procedures.
• Support branch objectives through excellent customer service and service-related initiatives.
• Willing to be assigned to Cagayan de Oro City.
