Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs tellering and other over-the-counter functions as required in the Branch Operations Manual.
• Supports the Service Manager in achieving service standards and quick turnaround times.
• Responds to customer queries and handles complaints efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
