• Identify risk areas and implement bank policies to mitigate risk.
• Support business objectives through excellent customer service within the branch.
• Willing to be assigned to Taytay and other Business Center locations.
• Strive for efficiency and maintain service standards and accurate processing of transactions.
• Assist in process improvements and technology implementations used in the branch.
• Engage with clients to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain orderly administrative functions as assigned.
