Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to help connect businesses with dedicated full-time teams. You will build a robust pipeline, conduct outbound outreach to property managers, and set qualified meetings for senior stakeholders while cultivating long-term partnerships.

The role emphasizes chasing opportunities, maintaining CRM accuracy, and delivering regular pipeline updates to drive growth in a rapidly expanding BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience, ideally involving property managers or the property industry.
• Proven experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking and securing meetings with business decision-makers.
• Experience managing prospect databases or CRM systems, maintaining accurate records and consistently following up on opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and regularly update a database of property managers, prospective clients and key industry contacts.
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to property managers to introduce the business and identify potential opportunities.
• Set qualified appointments and meetings for Brad, ensuring prospects are relevant and prepared for further discussions.
• Develop and maintain long-term B2B relationships with property managers to establish ongoing commercial partnerships.
• Network with industry contacts and identify opportunities to expand the business's reach within the property management sector.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, current providers, decision-making processes and potential business requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach activity and manage follow-ups to ensure opportunities progress through the sales pipeline.
• Provide regular updates to the client on pipeline activity, appointments, prospect feedback, emerging opportunities and recommended next steps.
