Job summary

Accelerate Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a confident B2B Outbound Calling Representative to join us on-site in the Philippines. You will contact targeted business prospects, present our client’s platform professionally, and guide prospects through the signup process during live calls.

The ideal candidate has BPO or outbound calling experience, fluent English, and a consultative selling approach. You will perform CRM/dialer logging, training, and daily target-driven work in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or a BPO voice account is required.
• B2B calling or business development experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Able to conduct consultative walkthroughs and guide signup without hard selling.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects using the client-provided lead pipeline.
• Represent the client’s development team in a professional, informative manner.
• Introduce and explain the platform based on the approved call script.
• Guide prospects through the signup process live during the call.
• Handle objections using the approved framework.
• Record call outcomes, dispositions, and contact information in the dialer/CRM.
• Complete 2–4 days of in-depth product and SEO training before live calls.
• Develop understanding of the platform to communicate confidently with prospects.
• Meet daily activity and performance targets aligned with project goals.
• Participate in onboarding, script training, coaching, and ongoing development sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
