Job summary

IMV International Micro Village Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team full-time.

You will identify new biz opportunities, present products to clients, and build lasting relationships while aiming to exceed sales targets. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, negotiation and CRM skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to travel to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently whilst also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and represent the company professionally.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments.
