Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing or marketing communications experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print and events.
• Create compelling marketing content including copy, graphics, and videos consistent with brand guidelines.
• Manage and optimise social media accounts, content calendars, posting and engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, product and communications for consistent messaging.
• Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Support planning and execution of events and brand activations.
• Manage budgets and demonstrate ROI for campaigns.
• Contribute to marketing plans and growth strategies.
