Job summary

Concentrix in Makati City, Philippines is seeking a result-driven B2B Pre Sales professional to drive revenue through outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and tailored product presentations to corporate clients.

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, work with Marketing on campaigns, and maintain CRM records in Salesforce or HubSpot while hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Outbound B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.
• Strong communication and ability to engage decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM to log activities and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and decision potential (BANT/MEDDICC).
• Conduct discovery calls and tailor presentations for corporate clients.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging.
• Maintain CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot) accurately.
• Hit or exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Perform market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities.
