Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Metrics-driven outbound sales specialist to reach targeted prospects, qualify leads, and drive growth. You will work across phone and email channels, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to achieve Market Development goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a metrics-driven sales or customer-facing role.
• Experience prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and lead generation.
• Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English to service customers in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with little supervision.
• Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
• Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.
• Ability to develop compelling strategies with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow the outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers identified through prospecting.
• Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners, and other sources.
• Qualify the BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline) of leads.
• Help Sales and Marketing reach Market Development-related goals.
• Help identify the best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions.
• Foster trust between customers and clients.
• Reach mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
• Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – the majority of communication is outbound.
• Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects.
• Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
