Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc. is seeking a B2B Pre-Sales professional in Makati to drive acquisition and revenue. You will identify prospects, conduct discovery calls, present solutions to corporate clients, and manage end-to-end sales while collaborating with Marketing to optimize campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, strong communication, and resilience in a high-volume environment. This is a full-time on-site role based in Makati.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of outbound sales experience.
• 6+ months of cold-calling experience.
• HS/SHS graduate with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients via calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget and decision-making potential (BANT/MEDDICC).
• Conduct discovery calls and product presentations for corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
