Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc. seeks a Specialist, Customer Acquisition in Makati. You will identify and engage new B2B clients, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and deliver product presentations to corporate clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, aiming to meet monthly acquisition and revenue targets. The role requires strong communication, experience in high-volume outbound selling, and proven ability to engage decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of outbound sales experience.
• At least 6 months of cold-calling experience.
• Strong communication skills (CSVAR High B2 and above).
• Experience dealing with business owners or decision-makers is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling and high-rejection environment; must be resilient and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making potential (BANT / MEDDICC framework).
• Conduct discovery calls and product presentations tailored to corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
