Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative for Makati to drive renewals, upsell, and client growth. You will operate within a dedicated territory, forecast sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales or customer service, strong communications, high-volume calling experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Proven success in meeting individual and/or team sales quotas.
• Effective communication with customers in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with high-volume calling.
• Ability to learn and optimize new technology and data.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and communication abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Sell renewals/products/services to achieve quota.
• Work within the dedicated territory for an established client.
• Provide an accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast.
• Develop product knowledge and understand client requirements.
• Promote products/services for established clients.
• Guide onboarding after purchase and promote adoption.
• Utilize data to identify at-risk customers and opportunities.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls and emails.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to meet expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Maintain CRM data timely and accurately.
• Provide consultative support; mentor junior staff.
• Possible attendance at vendor/external events.
