Responsibilities

• Outreach to SME decision-makers via outbound calls (cold, warm, targeted prospecting).
• Qualify opportunities across telco, AI, hardware, print & security.
• Secure high-quality, sales-ready appointments for BD Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility.
• Hit KPIs for appointments, show rates, and conversions.
• Engage with prospects and move deals through the funnel.
• Handle objections with professionalism and persistence.
