Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc is seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative to drive new business and nurture existing accounts from Pasig, Philippines. The role focusses on outbound prospecting, lead reactivation, and expanding into Southeast Asia, targeting hospitality groups, developers, and trade partners.

You will own the sales cycle end-to-end, with autonomy and a strong emphasis on relationship-building and pipeline management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Ability to hit targets with minimal onboarding.
• Experience generating new business opportunities and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Cold outbound prospecting to generate new pipeline.
• Reactivating warm leads from existing database.
• Expanding into the Southeast Asian market.
• Identify and approach hospitality groups, developers, and trade partners.
• Build relationships from outreach through opportunity development.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates.
• Upsell and cross-sell across product range.
