Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new team to support a dynamic challenger in the Australian telco space. The Outbound Sales Representative will drive new business growth by outbound prospecting, building pipeline, and converting prospects into qualified appointments.

This onsite, day shift role in the Philippines requires 2+ years in B2B SaaS or sales, proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, and a high-energy, self-driven attitude. You’ll work with BMDs to ensure smooth handovers and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Development, Business Development or Sales in B2B SaaS preferred.
• Outbound / Cold Calling and Appointment Setting experience.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and decision-makers; prioritize outreach based on fit.
• Execute high-volume outreach via calls, email cadences, and LinkedIn.
• Personalize messaging to client challenges and solutions.
• Convert conversations into qualified appointments with valid BANT criteria.
• Reactivate and re-engage dormant leads through win-back campaigns.
• Maintain full ownership of outbound leads in CRM and ensure clean handover.
