Job summary

Berfly International Trading Corp is seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, acquire B2B clients, and expand market presence for two product categories. You will develop strategic accounts in Beauty & Nail Products and Home & Scent Solutions, build relationships with distributors, retailers and partners, and drive sales through proposals and negotiations.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Account Management.
Experience in beauty/cosmetics, nail products or home-care FMCG is a plus.
Strong selling, negotiating, presentation and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new B2B clients, distributors, retailers, resellers and other business accounts.
Generate leads via cold calls, email, social media, networking and field visits.
Present products and tailor solutions to client requirements.
Conduct meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
Prepare quotations, proposals and other business documents.
Negotiate terms within guidelines and assist in closing deals.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling and cross-selling.
Explore new markets, channels, distributors and partnerships.
Monitor sales pipeline and move prospects through the process.
