The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple accounts

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with outreach, prospecting and closing.
• Experience managing wholesale accounts or retail partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. online retail landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create effective product presentations and sales materials.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and manage B2B sales opportunities across online wholesale channels.
• Outreach to online retailers, wholesale buyers and distribution partners.
• Build and nurture partnerships with beauty and wellness distributors.
• Expand sales through Faire.com and similar platforms.
• Manage retailer relationships, follow-ups and account communications.
• Present product lines and sales materials to prospective buyers.
• Support onboarding and coordination of new retail partners.
• Explore TV shopping and media commerce opportunities.
• Track pipeline activity, maintain records and report progress.
• Identify new distribution channels and opportunities in the U.S.
