Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in Personal Care and Home Care sectors. You will develop B2B accounts, identify new markets, manage supplier relationships, and promote specialty ingredients to manufacturers and industry partners.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–7 years in B2B sales, and possess strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in Personal Care, Home Care, cosmetics or chemicals preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for Personal Care and Home Care products.
• Identify and develop new B2B customers, markets, and opportunities.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Present ingredients and raw materials to manufacturers and formulators.
• Coordinate with technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Manage pricing, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Build relationships with principals, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments.
• Develop sales forecasts, pipelines, and business plans.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Technical teams.
