Responsibilities include targeted research, multi-channel outreach, and CRM hygiene in Zoho, with a focus on converting opportunities for our senior team to close.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in B2B business development, lead generation, or inside sales in IT services or digital agencies.
• Proven cold outreach that converts into real pipeline with measurable results.
• Comfortable making calls, writing outreach emails, and sending LinkedIn messages daily.
• Hands-on CRM experience; log activity and keep the pipeline accurate (Zoho preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English; engaging US and international prospects daily.
• Self-starter who owns targets and drives momentum without waiting for hand‑offs.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, directories, Clutch, and more.
• Build targeted prospect lists matching our ideal customer profile.
• Run multi-channel outreach campaigns and track interactions in CRM.
• Qualify leads by project needs, budget, and timeline; hand off to senior team when ready.
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline with notes and follow-up dates.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and content assets.
