Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an experienced B2B lead generation specialist to convert warm prospects into high-value opportunities. You will use Zoho CRM for outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls, and drive conversations toward discovery or membership discussions.

You will manage and nurture prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, and report weekly on pipeline and opportunities. This is a fully remote, part-time role with an emphasis on professional, non-scripted communication and strategic

Qualifications

Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM for outreach tracking.
Background in lead generation, appointment setting, professional services, financial services, luxury, membership, media, or B2B sales support.

Responsibilities

Manage and qualify existing prospect and lead lists.
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
Follow up with prospects and convert to discovery or membership conversations.
Maintain prospect stages, notes, and activity in Zoho CRM for nurture campaigns.
Schedule appointments and re-engage warm and dormant prospects.
Support prospecting for wealth strategies, private membership, and media divisions.
Provide weekly pipeline report with outreach, responses, and opportunities.
Identify high-priority prospects for Founder/CEO follow-up.
