Private Advertiser is seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to build and grow our B2B client portfolio for manpower and workforce solutions.

The role requires opening doors with decision-makers, nurturing relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term corporate accounts.

You will lead prospecting, manage a robust pipeline, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and coordinate with Operations and Recruitment for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B corporate sales.
• Experience in manpower, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, HR solutions, or related B2B services preferred.
• Existing network of corporate decision-makers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
• Identify and connect with HR, Procurement, Operations, and decision-makers.
