Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a Marketing Lead to own the commercial marketing engine from strategy through execution. You will align marketing with revenue goals by scaling lead generation, executing high-impact events and PR to enhance brand presence.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage corporate communications, and collaborate with sales to drive conversion, while tracking ROI and optimizing spend.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven track record in commercial B2B marketing or demand generation.
• Strong background in lead generation tactics, event/activation management, PR and content marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to build measurable pipeline growth and deliver high-ROI events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and media.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and fill the sales pipeline.
• Plan and execute end-to-end B2B trade shows, industry conferences, corporate events, and experiential activations.
• Develop and maintain PR strategies, press releases, media relations, and corporate messaging.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to deliver pitch decks, collateral, and localized campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to optimize marketing spend.
• Oversee external agencies, event organizers, PR firms, and vendors to meet deadlines and budgets.
