Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding market presence in payroll systems, HR services, or SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, relationship building, and closing deals with corporate clients.

You will lead proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to attain revenue targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of Business Development experience in Payroll Systems, HR Services, or SaaS solutions.
Strong background in B2B sales and account acquisition.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for payroll and HR solutions.
Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
