Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related or Engineering course preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident and comfortable with clients and stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
• Experience in hardware, construction, industrial, or related industries is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and strong sales potential are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients, leads, and sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through client visits, referrals, telemarketing, social media, networking, and other sales initiatives.
• Present and recommend products and services based on customer needs.
• Negotiate with clients and work toward achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Conduct client visits and meetings to understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by the superior.
