Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with flight and travel bookings.

Responsibilities

• Answer client booking requests and questions on WhatsApp promptly, warmly, and professionally.
• Search airline frequent flyer programs to verify real award seat availability across airlines and routes.
• Weigh booking options across airlines and loyalty programs to find the best value for each client.
• Present flight options and pricing to clients and confirm their pick.
• Complete bookings once payment comes in and email clients their confirmed itineraries.
• Handle simple extra bookings such as hotels and car rentals as the service grows.
• Keep track of incoming requests in a ticketing system as volume rises.
• Put quieter periods toward research, account setup, and other assigned support tasks.
