vamasters, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Travel Concierge Support Specialist to manage client conversations and flight bookings for a travel concierge service.

You will locate and secure award flights through airline points and miles programs, enabling travelers to fly business or first class at reduced costs. The ideal candidate has a customer service background with hands-on travel booking experience and excellent written English for chat-based client communication.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in travel or hospitality.
• Hands-on flight and travel bookings.
• Knowledge of airline loyalty programs and miles.
• Excellent written English for chat-based communication.
• Independent problem solving and dependable work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Reply to client booking requests and questions on WhatsApp promptly, in a friendly and professional tone.
• Search airline frequent flyer programs to confirm real award seat availability across different airlines and routes.
• Compare booking options across airlines and loyalty programs to find the best value for each client.
• Present flight options and pricing to clients and confirm which one they choose.
• Complete bookings once client payment is received, then email the confirmed itineraries.
• Take on simple additional bookings, such as hotels and car rentals, as the service expands.
• Track and manage incoming requests in a ticketing system as volume grows.
• Use quieter periods for research, account setup, and other support tasks as assigned.
