vamasters, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Travel Concierge Support Specialist to handle client conversations and flight bookings for our travel concierge service. You will help travelers access award flights through points programs, enabling business and first class travel at reduced costs.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and hands-on travel booking proficiency, with strong written English and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or concierge services.
• Hands-on experience with flight and travel bookings.
• Working knowledge of airline loyalty programs, miles and points.
• Excellent written English for chat-based client communication.
• Ability to solve problems on your own initiative.
• Focused, trustworthy, and able to work without close supervision.
• Strong communication skills with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Reply to client booking requests and questions on WhatsApp quickly, warmly, and professionally.
• Search airline frequent flyer programs to confirm real award seat availability across airlines and routes.
• Compare booking options across airlines and loyalty programs to find the best value for every client.
• Share flight options and pricing with clients and confirm their selection.
• Finalize bookings once the client has paid and email them their confirmed itineraries.
• Take care of simple add-on bookings such as hotels and car rentals as the service grows.
• Log and manage incoming requests in a ticketing system as volume increases.
• Use slower periods for research, account setup, and other assigned support tasks.
