Job summary

RingCentral is looking for a Sales Development Representative for the AU Market. You will generate and qualify sales opportunities within the Australian Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. Your role includes identifying target accounts and conducting outreach using AI-powered tools to drive engagement.

The ideal candidate has outbound sales experience and is adept at managing leads. You will partner with account executives and utilize your communication skills to engage multiple decision-makers,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Minimum 6 months experience in lead management.
• Experience prospecting into Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts.
• Execute outreach to multiple stakeholders with tailored messaging.
• Conduct discovery to assess business needs and timelines.
• Partner with AEs and Marketing on ABM strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM data using AI-generated insights.
