RingCentral is looking for an Inside Sales Representative focused on the AU Market. You'll manage and grow existing SOHO and Small Business accounts, ensuring high account health and supporting renewals while leveraging AI tools.

This role requires 2–4 years of experience in technology solution sales. Strong upselling and customer relationship skills are essential for success. The position offers a hybrid work environment with a focus on collaboration and results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, renewals, or inside sales.
• Experience managing customer accounts and post-sales relationships.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing upsell opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Manage existing SOHO and Small Business accounts, handling renewals and changes.
• Monitor account health and drive retention strategies.
• Negotiate renewal deals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools and CRM capabilities for customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Support, Billing, and Product teams to resolve escalations.
