MicroSourcing seeks a Sales Development Representative (B2B AU Telco) to drive new business by identifying and engaging potential customers in the Mid Market and Enterprise segments. This onsite, day-shift role in BGC, Taguig focuses on outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and converting conversations into qualified appointments.

You will support the sales team with high-quality opportunities, manage CRM activities in Salesforce/Salesloft, and track KPIs to optimize campaigns.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in Outbound Telesales, Business Development, Account Development, Appointment Setting, or Sales, with B2B SaaS experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a robust pipeline.
• Maintain ownership of outbound leads in CRM and perform handovers to BDMs.
