Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years working experience in related discipline, with 1 year in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations; good case management and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day management of Associate Relations administration processes.
• Supervises AR case handling, inquiries, and notifications; ensures timely responses and accurate logging.
• Prepares AR documentation and reports for audit; analyzes data and trends; conducts onboarding and orientation sessions.
