Job summary

Capital One in Alabang, Philippines seeks a Sr. Associate, Associate Relations to support the Principal HR Specialist. You will supervise AR coordinators, oversee AR operations, and ensure timely AR inquiries and documentation.

Your role includes learning sessions and onboarding for managers, plus cross-functional AR partnership. You will manage case work, drive process improvements, and contribute to audits with accurate AR reports.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent work experience.
• Preferably graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or related.
• Minimum 3 years in HR-related work, with 1 year supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical and customer focus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Salesforce.
• Can work in Mid Shift and Night Shift, in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Oversees AR administration processes on a day-to-day basis.
• Supervises AR case management, inquiries and notifications.
• Liaises with associates on AR inquiries and logs responses timely.
• Prepares AR documentation and AR reports for audit, submitted on time.
• Analyzes data such as case trends and AR monitoring.
• Performs end-to-end AR-related tasks.
• Conducts Learning Sessions, New Hire Orientation and People Manager Onboarding.
• Serves as AR partner to other stakeholders; assists with conflict resolution.
• Provides People Management support and coaching as needed.
• May rotate across HR sub-functions and perform other duties.
