Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in a related discipline, preferably with 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day‑to‑day management of Associate Relations administration processes.
• Supervises and accounts daily case management including AR‑related cases.
• Liaises with associates on AR related inquiries.
• Prepares AR documentation and reports for audit.
• Analyzes data related to case trends and monitoring.
• Conducts learning sessions and new hire orientations.
• Serves as an AR partner to stakeholders.
• Handles conflict resolution and mediation.

Skills

Knowledge in Philippine labor laws and regulations

Education
