Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking an Employee Relations Associate to support day-to-day ER activities across our restaurant network. You will document concerns, assist with cases, conduct initial fact-finding, and escalate when needed to ensure fair and compliant workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience in ER/HR Operations or related function.
• Experience in food service, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or high-volume operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to documentation and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
• Assist in handling employee relations cases including attendance, behavior, performance, and policy violations.
• Conduct initial fact-finding and gather relevant information and documentation.
• Assist in employee interviews and discussions related to ER cases.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the HR/ER leader.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and case records.
• Assist in preparing incident reports, notices, memoranda, and ER documents.
• Monitor and track disciplinary cases for proper documentation and timely action.
• Support policies implementation and ER trackers/reports across stores.
• Communicate HR policies to frontline employees and assist in audits.
