Job summary

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking an Assistant Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for a full-time role to support management and coordinate janitorial and retail support services. You will help maintain service delivery standards, coordinate staff, and keep facilities clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Supervisory or assistant management experience in janitorial, cleaning, or retail support services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate and supervise staff.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily janitorial and cleaning operations across assigned locations.
• Ensure tasks are completed to required standards and within timeframes.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and adherence to policies.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments and service reports.
• Respond to client requests and concerns regarding cleaning and maintenance services.
• Assist in training and coaching team members on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Report issues and contribute to problem-solving to improve service delivery.
• Support the Officer-in-Charge in administrative tasks and operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
