• Basic understanding of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, workstations, meeting rooms, common areas, restrooms, and pantry daily.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste per policies.
• Clean glass windows, partitions, and doors to maintain a presentable office.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with hygiene items.
• Report maintenance issues to the HR Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness during and after office events.
• Monitor and replenish pantry supplies such as coffee, tea, water, condiments, disposables.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and inform when replenishment is needed.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of pantry and cleaning supplies.
