• Can work under pressure and handle operational concerns efficiently.
• Proficient in basic MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and customer service.
• Maintain inventory, product displays, and store cleanliness.
• Support sales targets and monitor daily sales; report to Store Manager.
• Handle cash transactions (POS) with accuracy and manage deposits.
• Schedule staff, monitor attendance, delegate tasks, and supervise during shifts.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports; document incidents.
