ExcelSure Marketing Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Personnel to drive sales targets and expand our footprint in the North NCR Area. The role involves extensive fieldwork, customer visits, and strategic account development within the specified territory.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business-related fields, have 1–2 years of field sales experience or show strong potential as a fresh graduate, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years in field sales, distribution, retail, automotive, lubricants, tires, batteries, or related industries preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome if strong sales potential demonstrated.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork within North NCR Area.
• Must be willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license; motorcycle driving advantageous.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Summary
