Job summary

ExcelSure Marketing Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Personnel to drive sales targets and expand the company’s market presence in the North NCR Area. This role requires extensive fieldwork, territory management, and regular customer visits across Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, possess 1–2 years in field sales (fresh graduates welcome with potential), and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years field sales experience preferred in related industries.
• Fresh graduates welcome if strong sales potential and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork in North NCR Area.
• Must be willing to travel regularly within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license; motorcycle driving is an advantage.
• Computer literate; MS Office proficiency.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
