Job summary

ExcelSure Marketing Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Personnel to achieve sales targets, develop new accounts, and expand market presence in the Rizal area. The role involves extensive fieldwork, territory management, and regular customer visits.

You will monitor market trends, drive sales execution, and build strong relationships with customers. A driver's license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, distribution, retail, automotive, lubricants, tires, batteries, or related industries preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome if sales potential and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork within Rizal Area and travel within territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motorcycle is an advantage.
• Computer literate, MS Office knowledge.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
