Job Summary

The Area Sales Personnel is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence within the Ilocos Sur Area. The position requires extensive fieldwork, territory management, customer visits, market monitoring, and effective sales execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in field sales, distribution, retail, automotive, lubricants, tires, batteries, or related industries is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong sales potential and willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets.

• Customer-focused with strong relationship‑building skills.

• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork within Ilocos Sur.

• Must be willing to travel regular y within the assigned territory.

• With a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motorcycle is an advantage.
