DP World is seeking an hands-on HRIS Specialist for Project Testing & Implementation to support HR digital transformation across Asia Pacific. You will collaborate with HR and Technology teams to turn business requirements into practical solutions, test new system capabilities and contribute to a successful regional rollout.

The role emphasizes testing, documentation, and hands-on support through go-live and post-implementation activities, with focus on Core HR, absence management and system

Competenze

• Experience in HRIS implementation, HR transformation or HR operations.
• Ability to document requirements, process flows and system configurations.
• Experience with system testing, UAT and issue tracking.

Mansioni

• Support Core HR, Absence and integration workstreams from requirements to deployment.
• Document business requirements, process flows and system decisions with HR/Tech teams.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and validation activities for system functionality.
