Job summary

Henkel is seeking an HRIS Expert (Mandarin Speaking) to drive regional HR digital transformation across APAC and support North Asia stakeholders. You will bridge HR, IT, payroll, finance, and global teams to ensure core HR platforms are accurate, secure, and user-friendly, with strong Mandarin fluency.

You will configure HR cloud systems, oversee data migration, test releases, and guide regional users through Workday transition and integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on HRIS configuration and support experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or Workday, or comparable HR cloud system.
• Experience in regional multinational/shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional functional support across APAC focusing on North Asia.
• Partner with HR, IT, payroll, and finance to translate requirements into system specifications.
• Perform hands-on configuration and maintain core HR modules.
• Lead testing, UAT, and hypercare post-release.
• Oversee data migration, governance, and data quality.
• Manage integrations and interface issues with third‑party systems.
• Support cloud system releases and global rollouts.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate workflows.
