Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
• 4 years HRIS experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• HR Shared Services experience.
• Process transition experience with knowledge transfer and stabilization.
• Process documentation and governance experience (SOPs, maps, trackers).
• Philippines benefits processing experience.
• Talent Acquisition operations or recruitment support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member responsible for Manila Hub TA processes and tasks, owning daily delivery and workflow enhancements.
• Coordinate KPI reporting and update KPI tracking procedures.
• Coordinate global and regional data audit processes, issue reporting and remediation training.
• Identify process improvements and roll out automation solutions.
• Support APAC Workday enhancements, testing, follow-up actions.
• Assist TA-related transitions and rollout projects regionally.
• Maintain communication with TA process owners and share regional know-how.
