Manpower (Philippines) is seeking a QA/Testing professional with 3-5 years of system testing experience, preferably in an HRIS/enterprise SaaS context. You will design and execute test cases for system changes and releases, with exposure to integration testing.

Familiarity with Workday and defect-tracking tools like Jira Zephyr is desirable. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured project environment (Agile or hybrid).

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Business/HR.
3-5 years hands-on system testing experience.
Experience in a structured project environment (e.g., Agile or hybrid).
Experience designing and executing test cases for system changes or releases (incl. integration testing).
Familiarity with HRIS/HR systems (Workday or similar).
Basic understanding of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA Zephyr).
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
Knowledge of core software testing concepts: test design, positive/negative, regression, risk-based testing.
Ability to identify defects and document test steps clearly.
Experience in UAT and end-to-end testing with business users is desirable.
