Job summary

DP World is seeking a hands-on HRIS Specialist, Data Migration & Quality to lead data migration, cleansing and validation across APAC and other regions as part of the HR digital transformation.

You will coordinate data mapping, quality checks, and migration testing, collaborating with country HR teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, auditable data throughout UAT, go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in HRIS data migration, data cleansing or data management, preferably within a regional system implementation.

• Monitor migration progress, track outstanding issues and elevate potential risks.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility on data quality, migration progress and readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation, validation records and audit trails.
• Support data readiness throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities.

We are looking for a hands-on HRIS Specialist, Data Migration & Quality to join our regional HR digital transformation. You will work with teams across APAC to improve data quality, support migration activities and help bring our new HR system to life.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in HRIS data migration, data cleansing or data management, preferably within a regional system implementation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and handling large datasets.
• Good understanding of employee master data, organisational structures and HR lifecycle processes.
• Experience in data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and migration testing.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and resolve issues.
• Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
• Good understanding of data privacy, governance and secure data handling.
• Experience with Darwinbox, Oracle or similar HRIS platforms would be an advantage.
