Job summary

Asia Peopleworks Inc. in Taguig is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise HR initiatives across regions. You will partner with HR leaders, IT, Digital HR, and external vendors to redesign processes, operating models, and service delivery.

The role requires a strong background in HR process improvement, HRIS implementations, and change management. You will manage plans, budgets, and governance while ensuring adoption of new technologies and scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience managing large-scale HR projects.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide HR transformation across multiple countries/regions.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD.
• PMP/Prince2/Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, governance forums, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Digital HR, Shared Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and external partners.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
• Lead HRIS and HR technology implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects.
• Act as the business project lead between HR stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support requirements gathering, process design, testing, change management, deployment, and hypercare.
• Ensure technology solutions align with HR operating model objectives.
• Support HR Shared Services and HR service delivery initiatives.
• Lead projects involving centralization, standardization, workflow optimization, and operating model transformation.
• Drive improvements in case management, ticketing, escalation management, and service performance.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: build relationships with senior leaders, prepare status updates, drive organizational change, manage risks.
