Henkel Philippines is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Specialist to support HR, IT, payroll, and finance across APAC. You will ensure data integrity, handle testing, and contribute to HR digital transformation, including AI initiatives, in a regional multinational setting.

The role collaborates with stakeholders across functions, drives testing for Core HR, Recruiting, and Compensation, and helps standardize HR processes while delivering a seamless employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, or related functions in multinational/shared services.
• Experience in end-user testing of HR systems; knowledge of Workday or other cloud HR solutions; Mandarin required.
• Strong cross-functional HR process knowledge and ability to map requirements to test scenarios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English fluency; MS Office proficiency; interest in HR tech.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end testing for Workday HCM across APAC, validating solutions before deployment.
• Coordinate testing for Core HR, Recruiting, and Compensation across multiple countries.
• Gather requirements with regional stakeholders and reflect country-specific scenarios in test scripts.
• Monitor testing progress and provide status updates on milestones and risks.
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and ensure testing standards.
