Job summary

Medtronic APAC is hiring a Helpline Representative for AskHR to support HR processes across the region. You will handle inquiries, ensure accurate guidance, and contribute to a smooth Hire to Retire experience for employees and managers.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HR or shared services, English fluency, and experience with ServiceNow and Workday. This role offers day shifts and regional exposure in a multinational healthcare technology company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in helpdesk or customer support within HR or Shared Services is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries using ServiceNow case management tool, resolve at first point of contact.
• Identify knowledge gaps and work with HR COE to build knowledge articles.
• Escalate employee issues and capture Voice of the Customer.
• Adhere to operational excellence standards and HR Service Delivery Catalogue.
• Perform administrative tasks within the ASK HR Service Delivery Catalogue.
• Collaborate in ambiguous situations as part of a team.
• Contribute to knowledge-based articles and centralized information (FAQs).
